Winning Elections Starts With Winning People's Trust

Campaigns matter.

Grassroots mobilisation matters.

But neither guarantees victory.

Nigerians vote based on what they experience every day.

Can they afford food?

Can they find work?

Do they feel safer?

Political structures can bring people to rallies.

Only good governance brings people to the ballot box.

I believe Mr President's strongest campaign message will not come from speeches.

It will come from results.

If Nigerians see progress in security, the economy and electricity, they won't need convincing.

The country itself will become the campaign.
